What is coaching?

You've probably heard about coaching, or as it is commonly known, life coaching. You may have heard about different types of coaching, such as career coaching, financial coaching and business coaching. These are specialist types of coaching.

There are quite a few myths around coaching and there is a belief that a coach will 'sort out your life' or 'tell you what to do'. The most important thing to understand is that a professional, properly trained coach will not tell you what to do.

Coaching is about helping you to find your own solutions. Whether you want to advance your career, improve your confidence, have better relationships or take control of your finances, a good coach will help you find your solution.
