DC Coaching

Danny Cepok established DC Coaching in 2005. He is the Principal Coach and holds an Advanced Diploma in Coaching as well as being a Licensed Practitioner of Neuro-Lingustic Programming (NLP). His qualifications include a Professional Diploma in Management and an MSc in Management. He has been a senior manager with several years of experience and has also coached and mentored many people and managers at all levels in various sectors and industries.

Danny got into coaching because he strongly believes that people possess far more capabality, creativity, talent and resourcefulness than they, and others, give credit for. He has a focus on Business Excellence and has been an accredited EFQM Assessor involving him in both the private and public sectors. His business experience, firm belief in the potential of people and practical approach brings a refreshingly down-to-earth dimension to the world of executive and personal coaching.

Danny's working life has been very varied, starting off as a bus conductor / driver with a spell in politics that resulted him being elected onto the local council. He studied management through the Open University and the University of Strathclyde. Danny went on to become a senior manager in local government with responsibility for hundreds of staff providing many different services to thousands of customers.

Outside of work, Danny lives in Fife and has a family which includes a wife, two amazing children and a cat called Itchy. Danny has been known to do a bit of triathlon in those spare moments when family and work allow! He can also play piano - much in the style of Les Dawson and Eric Morecambe.
